In January 2019, a picture of an egg was posted on Instagram. The picture had the caption “Let’s set a world record together and get the most liked post on Instagram. Beating the current world record held by Kylie Jenner (18 million)! We got this “. It seemed to be a simple attempt to become the most popular picture on Instagram.

The campaign succeeded and the picture received more than 52 million likes. It went viral across websites like Reddit, Facebook and Instagram. It became the most liked picture on Instagram within 10 days of being posted. Many celebrities shared the picture and millions of people followed the Instagram account.

Most people thought that it was just a campaign to become the most liked picture. However, one month later the egg started to crack. On January 18, a second picture was posted of the egg with a small crack in it. Over the next two weeks, pictures were posted of the egg with more and more cracks.

Eventually, a video of the egg breaking was posted on February 4. It revealed that the egg was posted as part of a campaign for mental health. The creators of the page want people to be healthier mentally. They created a website at www.talkingegg.info. It is a list of places in many countries for people to find mental help if they need it. They want people to add organisations to the list so other people can find help for mental health problems.
