A thief that police had been chasing for a long time has been arrested in Spain. He stole around €1 billion ($1.24 billion) through hacking.

The man was the leader of an international hacking group. The group has been hacking into banks for years and taking money. They stole the money by using advanced computer software.

They have been able to take money from bank accounts and they can even make an ATM give them money for free. They are part of a large network of criminals that has been working together to do this. Police in Spain, Romania, Belarus and Taiwan have been working together to find the group.

They are now trying to find the other members.
