There is a group in the UK. The group recommends that every person under 55 should get £10,000. It is because jobs are changing.

Everybody could get the money. Some people are not happy about the idea. They say not everyone should get the money. They say that only very poor people should get the help.

Finland has been trying a similar idea. They started paying a group of people €560 every month. The people get the money even if they find a job.

Many people hope that it works in Finland.
